Insurance court decision alerts

When insurance decisions mention your world, you hear about it.

Receive email alerts when a new relevant insurance or reinsurance decision from the Commercial Court, King’s Bench Division, Court of Appeal (Civil Division) or UK Supreme Court matches your chosen keyword, phrase or party name. Alerts include a link to the InsureLit case page, a concise AI summary and, where possible, a PDF copy of the decision.

The paid alerts service is not yet activated and will not function until subscriber checkout is enabled.

How alerts work

  • Choose your tracked term. Set an alert for a keyword, phrase, insurer, insured, broker, party name or all new relevant insurance decisions.
  • InsureLit checks new decisions. New published decisions from the covered courts are screened against your chosen terms.
  • Email sent on a match. You receive the case details, the summary, the InsureLit case-page link and, where possible, the PDF judgment as an attachment.

Current scope

InsureLit currently focuses on relevant insurance and reinsurance decisions from the senior courts most likely to address significant insurance litigation issues.

  • Current coverage. Commercial Court, King’s Bench Division, Court of Appeal (Civil Division) and UK Supreme Court decisions.
  • Current use cases. Monitor insurance topics, policy issues, parties, market sectors and all relevant new decisions within the covered courts.
  • Clear limitation. Alerts depend on the available published decisions and on the relevance of the decision to insurance or reinsurance issues.
